Monster High Dolls - Drop Dead Gorgeous Fashion Dolls

Monster High Dolls will be on everyone's wish list this Christmas. Mattel has recently launched a range of fashion dolls that are based on the Monster High Series. The Monster High series is about a group of teenage monsters that go to Monster High. They are all the offspring from famous monsters such as Dracula, Frankenstein and the Werewolf. Monster High is full of freaky characters such as Mummy's and Zombies.

The story is focused on a select group of characters and it's these characters that the Monster High Dolls are based on.

There are 6 Monster High Dolls which consist of the 3 BFF's who are Frankie Stein, Draculaura and Clawdeen Wolf. They go everywhere together and love to shop. Just because they're monsters doesn't mean they aren't cool. In fact they're very fashionable and love clothes. Then there's Lagoona Blue, she fits in anywhere. She has a really casual style and loves surfing, I guess she's the surfer chick of the bunch. She's the daughter of a Sea Monster so the ocean is in her blood. Last but not least is Cleo De Nile and her boyfriend Deuce Gorgon. They're the popular couple with Cleo being the mean girl (every school has one).

Each Monster High Doll has their own freaky flaw which makes them unique. The flaw relates to their monster traits. They each come with their own pets, brush, accessory, diary and stand. When you buy a Monster High Doll you will get a secret code in the diary which unlocks cool stuff on the website. You'll be able to access inside information about Monster High and play games.

Frankie Stein is the 15 year old daughter of Frankenstein and his bride.She has a really cool style all of her own and loves her two BFF's, Draculaura and Clawdeen Wolf. The three of them love nothing more than to go shopping for clothes. Frankie's freaky flaw is her habit of coming apart at the seams. Oops!
Frankie has her own pet called Watzit who is made up of all different animal parts. He might look strange but he's very very cute.

Draculaura is the daughter of Count Dracula and is actually 1599 year old but she doesn't look a day over 16. She loves shopping of course with Frankie Stein and Clawdeen Wolf. Draculaura's freaky flaw is that she can't see her own reflection in a mirror but that hasn't stopped her from putting her makeup on perfectly.
Draculaura has a cute little pet bat called Count Fabulous.

Clawdeen Wolfis the 15 year old daughter of the Werewolf. Going shopping for clothes is her favorite pastime shared with her two BFF's, Draculaura and Frankie Stein. Clawdeen Wolf's freaky flaw is being incredibly hairy. It's a full time job keeping up with all that plucking, shaving and waxing.
Clawdeen has a fuzzy little kitten called Crescent.

Lagoona Blue is the daughter of the Sea Monster so she loves the ocean. Surfing, beach volley ball, anything that keeps her close to the ocean is what Lagoona wants. Lagoon's freaky flaw is if she's away from water for long her skin dries out. Lagoona has a pet piranha called Neptuna.

Cleo De Nile and Deuce Gorgon  are the popular couple of Monster High. Every school has a mean girl and that's Cleo. Shes the captain of the Fear leading squad. Being the 5842 year old Egyptian princess of The Mummy makes her think she's a bit better than everyone else. Her freaky flaw is that she's afraid of the dark which is a bit strange for a Mummy. Cleo has a pet cobra called Hissette.
Deuce Gorgon is the 16 year old son of Medusa. He's one cool dude, a skater boy and really popular. His freaky flaw is turning his friends into stone if he looks at them without his sunglasses on. Luckily that only lasts 24 hours. Deuce has a pet rat called Perseus.

Mattel has big plans for the Monster High Franchise.The Monster High Dolls are extremely popular along with all the other merchandise such as clothes, costumes, jewelry, shoes, handbags and fashion accessories. More than that is the fact that Monster High is an entertainment franchise with a series of books written by Lisi Harrison the #1 New York Times best selling young adult author. The most exciting news is the announcement of a full feature action movie being released by Universal Pictures. Add to that the amazing music and Monster High is a hit.
